It is a "specialized instrument", indicated for dancers and athlets, as well as for rehabilitation helping coordination and the connection between upper and lower body.

Prerequisites :
This Course is solely open to those who are already Certified GYROTONIC Level I Trainers.

News:
Starting from January 2009, the participation in this course is accredited as Update of the 2-years License of Gyrotonic.

Cost:
Standard price, set by Gyrotonic Sales Corp, is € 750.00 + studio and administrative fee.

Registration:
Maximum number of participants is 4.
