GYROTONIC - Stretching Jumping Board Foundation Teachers Training Course

This Course is open to GYROTONIC Level I Trainers who wants to experience the next step after working on the Pulley Tower Unit.
We'll work on the newest and most exclusive piece of equipment who has features unlike any other exercise equipment. The versatility of the Stretching Jumping Board is amazing; there are more than 200 possible exercises and variations: using the same Gyrotonic principles it is excellent in improving dancer's jump and pirouette, it helps to develop cardiovascular capacity, it allows balance exercises and in general it helps to develop more strength and flexibility.
Even if you don't work out on it regularly, learning the exercises will enhance your performance in your other workouts and....it's fun!

  • The workshop is open to those who are already Certified GYROTONIC Level I Trainer, from at least 6 months.
  • Being physically fit and in continuous training.

  • Certified GYROTONIC Trainer Level 1, Update Certificate Level 1.
  • Mandatory completion of the GYROTONIC Level 2 Pre-Training course conducted exclusively by a GYROTONIC Master Trainer authorized to conduct this course. No more than 12 months must elapse between the Pre-Training and the Level 2 Course.
  • Being in continuous training and physically fit.
