This workshop will focus on the "Creative Series" included in the GYROTONIC Level I manual and not presented in the Foundation Course. This series includes some new exercises, like:

• Upper Body Series with Lower Straps
• Leg Circle
• Patella - Quadriceps Series
  and the "Final Version" of the entire program
  

Participants will enhance the quality of the enitre program, by focusing on the continuous, rythmical and melodical performance. By doing so, they will increase the aerobic activity and will achieve a better fluidity. Participants will practice two different sequences, in order to complete the entire GYROTONIC Level I program on the Pulley Tower Combination Unit.

Prerequisites :
The workshop is open to those who are already Certified GYROTONIC Level I Trainers with a valid License.

Cost:
Standard price, set by Gyrotonic Sales Corp, is € 250.00 for a 2 days participation and € 350.00 for a 3 days course, + studio and administrative fee.
