This course is focused on: update on new exercises in the level I Foundation Course Exercise List; physical and hands on/cueing refinement of the trainer on all existing and additional material included in the list; update on the newest approaches of Juliu Horvath pertaining to the Foundation material; update on GYROKINESIS educational programs; discussion of trainers, supervision and feedback from the Master Trainer in order to deepen the understanding of the nature of the GYROKINESIS methodology .

Prerequisites :

This Course is addressed to the already certified GYROKINESIS Level I Trainers and it is mandatory once every 2 years, in order to keep the Certification active and to extend the validity of the Trademark License Agreement for another 2 years.

Cost:
Standard price, set by Gyrotonic Sales Corp, is € 350.00 + studio and administrative fee.
