This course is focused on: update on possible new exercises in the level I Foundation Course Exercise List; physical and hands on/cueing refinement for the Pre-Trainer; update on administrative procedures according to the last annual Masters Meeting; discussion of Pre-Training Course Issues including the nature of GYROTONIC exercises.

Prerequisites :
This course is addressed only to the authorized GYROTONIC Level I Pre-Trainers and it is mandatory once every year, according to the Pre-Trainer contract.

Cost:
Standard price, set by Gyrotonic Sales Corp, is € 350.00 + studio and administrative fee.
